Your skin is the largest organ of your body and has a major impact on how you feel and how you think you are perceived by others. The Skin Fund, together with Huid Nederland, has set up the public campaign 'Skin Heroes' on the occasion of the first Happy with your Skin festival - aimed at acceptance of skin that looks 'different'. In this campaign, people with a skin condition are given a platform to tell their personal story and give it a face. 

By helping people with a skin condition to deal with and accept their skin condition, we want to ensure that people with a skin condition experience a better quality of life.
