'Living with vitiligo' was written by dermatologist and pigment specialist Dr. Wietze van der Veen and Lucy Beker, who discuss the different forms of vitiligo, treatment methods, disease burden, additional diseases and new developments in eight chapters. 'What to do with the sun?' is a chapter with practical tips. This book also contains eleven personal interviews with patients who candidly talk about their experiences with this skin condition.
Contribution
The contribution is € 28 per year (from 2022). Some health insurers reimburse the contribution of a patient association through the supplementary policy.
