Although larger gatherings were prohibited until May 20, 2020 due to the Covid 19 measures, it is now possible to organize a General Members Meeting again, taking into account the one and a half meter distance rule.

In any case, the chairman and, as far as possible, the other board members will be present at the physical general meeting.

Because a physical meeting is required, (purely) electronic meetings do not offer a solution.

Given the restrictive measures and limited space at the location at PGO Support, Daltonlaan 600, 3584 BK Utrecht, only a small number of members can attend the AGM.
