Spotlight! No. 3 (2016): everything about minigrafting

Minigrafting is - in addition to light therapy - one of the treatments to stimulate the production of pigment cells. It is an outpatient procedure in which pigmented skin is transplanted to a white spot. In this issue of Spotlight! a detailed article about this technique, which is often successful.

Spotlight! interviewed Dr. Ludmila Nieuweboer, an expert in the field of minigrafting. One of our members, Maggie van Spall (65), talks about her experiences with this treatment. She speaks of a metamorphosis! Also in this issue is the story of Paul (41) and his daughter Chloë (7), who both developed vitiligo at the same time.
