Vitiligo.nl has acquired a prominent place as a patient organization. Not only nationally, but also internationally.
The Vitiligo International Patient Organizations Committee, (VIPOC), of which Vitiligo.nl is also an active member, (chairman Paul Monteiro is a member of the VIPOC steering group) has therefore asked us to act as host country for its (third) VIPOC Conference 2022.

We are proud that such an important conference, where directors and representatives of global vitiligo patient associations sit together with leading international researchers and practitioners, will be organized in the Netherlands.

On April 21 to 23 in Amsterdam, both current research and the exchange of knowledge and experience between patient organizations will be discussed. A guest speaker from the EMA (European Medicine Agency) will also discuss the role of the patient in a drug release process.

The conference will provide many new and useful insights, we will keep our eyes and ears open. In short, vitiligo patients will obviously reap the benefits of the results.
